By using glhf.deals ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The Service
glhf.deals is a free tool that compares PC game prices across stores like Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle, Fanatical, and others.
We are not a store. We don't sell games, handle payments, process refunds, or ship anything. When you click through to buy a game, you're dealing with that store directly, under their terms.
We can't promise the site will always be available or work perfectly. We might change, pause, or shut down any part of it at any time.
Pricing & Accuracy
Prices come from third-party APIs. They can change at any time, and there's usually some delay between a store changing a price and that change showing up here.
Always check the actual price on the store before you buy. We're not responsible for wrong prices, dead deals, regional pricing differences, or anything else that doesn't match what you see on glhf.deals.
Game info like descriptions, ratings, release dates, and screenshots comes from IGDB, OpenCritic, and Steam. We try to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always right or up to date.
Affiliate Links
GLHF may earn a commission from some store links. Some outbound links are direct store links, some may use approved affiliate URLs, and some fallback links are provided through CheapShark, the API we use for pricing data.
Monetized outbound links use sponsored link attributes where appropriate.
Affiliate relationships do not determine how deals are ranked or displayed. Rankings are based on price, availability, quality signals, reviews, and deal history.
Intellectual Property & Attribution
The glhf.deals name, logo, and site design belong to us. Don't copy or redistribute them without asking.
Game titles, artwork, screenshots, and other media belong to their respective publishers and developers. We show them for comparison and informational purposes.
Pricing data comes from CheapShark. Game metadata from IGDB. Review scores from OpenCritic. Community ratings and store info from Steam.
Acceptable Use
Don't:
- Scrape or bot the site in ways that hurt performance for everyone else
- Try to break into our servers, database, or admin tools
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Deliberately mess with the site's availability or performance
- Impersonate someone else when contacting us
We'll block your access if you break these rules.

We don't promise the site will always be up, always be fast, or always be right. Prices might be stale. Game info might be wrong. Links might break.
Anything you buy through a store we link to is between you and that store.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF GLHF.DEALS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST GOODWILL, FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid to use the site.
Indemnification
If your use of glhf.deals or your violation of these terms causes us to get sued or face legal action, you agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Before initiating legal proceedings, please contact us at hello@glhf.deals and allow at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
