Overview
glhf.deals is a PC game price-comparison site operated from the United States. We pull pricing data from third-party stores and show it all in one place so you can find the cheapest option.
There are no accounts, sign-ups, or email lists. You don't need to give us any personal information to use the site.
What We Collect
Here's everything we collect:
Anonymous Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited and where traffic comes from. It doesn't use cookies. Visits are identified by a hash that gets thrown away within 24 hours, and no personally identifiable information is stored. More details in Vercel's analytics privacy policy.
Product Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people actually use the site: which deals get clicked, how people navigate, what's popular. PostHog sets cookies to track sessions and processes data on US servers. We have IP anonymization turned on. See PostHog's privacy policy for more.
What We Don't Collect
- Names, emails, or contact info of any kind
- Payment or financial data
- Precise location (country-level is inferred from IP but not stored by us)
- Social media accounts
- Anything about your browsing outside of glhf.deals

External Links
We link out to stores like Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle, Fanatical, and others where you can buy games. GLHF may earn a commission from some store links. Some fallback links are provided through CheapShark, the API we use for pricing data.
Once you click through to a store, that store's privacy policy applies. We have no control over what they do with your data.
Affiliate relationships do not determine rankings. Deals are ranked with price, availability, deal history, reviews, and other quality signals. You can read more on our methodology page.
Data Retention
Here's how long technical data sticks around:
- Vercel Analytics hashes: deleted within 24 hours
- PostHog events: retained per PostHog's standard retention settings
- Cloudflare bot cookie: expires after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Server logs: Vercel may keep standard logs for up to 30 days
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under the following laws:
GDPR (European Economic Area)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
CCPA / CPRA (California)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, ask for it to be deleted, and opt out of its sale.
VCDPA (Virginia)
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, you can access, correct, delete, and get a copy of your personal data. You can also opt out of targeted advertising, data sales, and profiling.

Children's Privacy
glhf.deals is not aimed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, email hello@glhf.deals and we'll address it.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may change if we add new features or integrate new services. When that happens, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make it obvious.
Continuing to use glhf.deals after a change means you're okay with the updated policy.
